Sacred Heartistry and sacredheartisty.com (the “website”, “site”) have established this Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (collectively, the “Policy”), as may be amended from time to time, to govern how Sacred Heartistry collects, processes and/or uses information that Sacred Heartistry requests, receives and/or otherwise collects via the Site. Certain services may be made available on the website by Sacred Heartistry via Third-Party websites and/or other third-party organizations. If Users utilize or request any product, service or functionality originating from the Site, Users hereby acknowledge and agree that Sacred Heartistry may share information and data provided by the User to Sacred Heartistry with such Third-Party Website or organization in order to facilitate or otherwise provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of the User.

Sacred Heartistry does not discriminate against Users that exercise these privacy rights. Sacred Heartistry will respond to requests from Users wishing to exercise such rights within a reasonable timeframe. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sacred Heartistry reserves the right to keep any information in its archives that Sacred Heartistry may deem necessary to comply with its legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements or for any other legally permissible reason.

If Sacred Heartistry becomes aware that someone under the age of 16 has provided Sacred Heartistry with Personal Information without parental consent, Sacred Heartistry will remove such information associated with such person.

Any capitalized terms used in this Policy but not otherwise defined shall have the meaning set forth in Sacred Heartistry’s Terms of Use, which is available for all Users on the website.
